Step 1: Marinate the Lamb

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cleaned and trimmed lamb pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.

Step 2: Prepare the Rice

5. Add the remaining parboiled rice as the next layer and top it with the rest of the chopped mint and coriander leaves.
